 • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, and adult content.

3.2 Purchasing and Payments
 • Buyers must ensure they review and understand product details before making a purchase.
 • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. WeHaveFans does not store payment information.
 • Refunds and disputes are handled according to the Refund & Dispute Policy (Section 6).

4. User Responsibilities
 • You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
 • You must not interfere with other users, spam, or engage in any misleading behavior.
 • You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

5. Fees and Commissions
 • WeHaveFans may charge transaction fees, listing fees, or commissions on sales. These fees will be clearly communicated.
 • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund & Dispute Policy
 • Refunds are subject to the refund policy stated by individual sellers.
 • Buyers should attempt to resolve disputes directly with sellers before escalating them to WeHaveFans support.
 • WeHaveFans may intervene in disputes at its discretion but does not guarantee resolution.

7. Intellectual Property
 • Users retain ownership of their content but grant WeHaveFans a license to use, display, and promote it.
 • Unauthorized copying or distribution of content from WeHaveFans is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
 • WeHaveFans is a marketplace and is not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers.
 • We are not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, or any disputes arising from transactions.
 • WeHaveFans is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Account Termination
 • WeHaveFans reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
 • Users may request account deletion, but certain data may be retained for legal purposes.
